Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. This position requires strong attention to detail and proficiency in various accounting software. Duties: - Process payroll and ensure accurate calculation of wages and deductions - Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy - Prepare and post journal entries for financial transactions - Assist with technical accounting tasks, such as preparing financial statements and reports - Maintain corporate accounting records in compliance with applicable regulations - Handle governmental accounting tasks, including tax filings and reporting - Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing clients and tracking payments - Collaborate with the account clerk to ensure accurate recording of financial data - Monitor debits and credits to maintain balanced accounts Experience: - Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role - Strong knowledge of payroll processing, account analysis, and journal entries - Familiarity with technical accounting principles and practices - Experience in corporate accounting and governmental accounting is preferred - Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.33 - $24.73 per hour

- Bookkeeping: 10 years (preferred)
