Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide care and treatment to patients. Your role will involve assisting with therapeutic exercises, implementing treatment plans, and providing support to patients throughout their rehabilitation process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Physical Therapist in evaluating and assessing patients' conditions
- Implement treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and range of motion
- Monitor patients' progress and document their responses to treatment
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Proficiency in providing patient care and support
- Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques such as trigger point therapy, occupational health, and orthopedics
- Ability to work effectively in a hospital or clinical setting
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Compassionate and empathetic nature to provide emotional support to patients during their rehabilitation journey
- Experience working with geriatric patients is preferred
