**Required Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in landscaping or related field
- Proficiency in operating commercial mowers and maintenance equipment
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work full-time and independently
- Experience operating a skid steer (preferred)

**Responsibilities as a Landscape Crew Lead at Landmark Landscape**:

- Lead and supervise laborers in performing weekly mowing and maintenance tasks
- Operate commercial mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and other equipment
- Drive company truck and pull maintenance trailer as required
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times
