BubbleBee Boba Bar is coming to Hagerstown and we are looking for welcoming, creative bobaristas to join our team

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled Bobarista to join our team. The Bobarista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including boba tea, energy drinks, and specialty coffee, as well as assisting with food preparation and maintaining a clean workspace.

Our bobaristas should be welcoming and kind, seeking to provide memorable experiences to all guests. Teamwork = dream work... only good collaborators and teammembers need apply.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including boba tea, coffee, energy drinks and specialty drinks
- Assist with food preparation such as assembling light snacks or pastries
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and addressing customer inquiries

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change
- Ability to upsell products and increase sales through suggestive selling

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
