**Process Improvement and Automation Specialist**
The Bank Process Improvement and Automation Specialist is responsible for enhancing operational efficiency through the optimization of processes and the implementation of automation solutions.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
- Conducts thorough analysis of existing banking processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develops and implements a strategic approach to automation, identifying processes suitable for automation technologies.
- Collaborates with IT teams to implement automation tools and technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Establishes and monitors quality standards for automated processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Utilizes data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for further process enhancements.
- Implements monitoring mechanisms for automated processes and generates reports to assess performance and identify potential issues.
- Identifies and mitigates risks associated with process improvements and automation, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
- Regularly evaluates the effectiveness of automated processes, seeking opportunities for further refinement and optimization.
- Collaborates with relevant stakeholders to manage the budget associated with process improvement initiatives, aiming for cost-effective solutions.

**Educational Requirements**
- University (Degree) Preferred

**Work Experience**
- 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

**Physical Requirements**

**Requirements**:
**Preferred Qualifications**
- 5+ years of operations experience in Deposits and/or Commercial Lending
- Previous experience with Process Improvement and Process Re-Engineering
- Expertise in Process Mapping and leveraging Microsoft Visio
- Strong facilitation and communications skills
- Lean Six Sigma Certification

**_Hybrid work is a minimum of four days a week, one flexible day for remote work._**
