**Inventory Analyst**

Since 1927, E.C. Styberg Engineering has been a mainstay company in Racine, Wisconsin as a contract manufacturer of medium to heavy gauge metal components. The company started in a garage with two tool makers and has grown to a 175,000 sq. ft facility with 150 employees. Stybergs’ facility includes a wide range of processes - metalworking equipment, including heavy metal stamping, heat-treating, precision machining, welding, grinding, and deburring with the quality department assuring compliance to all the requirements.

As the Inventory Analyst, you will be responsible for all aspects of our inventory cycle count program requiring accuracy and timeliness. Please note that this role is not strictly a data analyst role and includes conducting physical inventory counts and tracking down/investigating discrepancies in the ERP system and the plant.

**Responsible for**
- Conduct annual physical inventory with assistance from the Production Control Manager
- Perform routine cycle counts (utilizing material handling equipment such as forklifts as needed)
- Evaluate and quantify inventory accuracy.
- Investigate and correct inventory discrepancies.
- Implement programs to improve inventory accuracy.
- Develop and maintain inventory reports and dashboards.
- Analyze inventory statistics to identify trends and optimize inventory management.
- Work with Production Control Manager and Purchasing team to support Supply Chain initiatives.
- Data entry and reporting in ERP software (Infor-Syteline)

**Requirements**:

- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and push or pull parts or containers frequently.
- Must be able to obtain certification to operate material handling equipment.
- Ability to read and understand job instructions.
- Must possess strong mathematical skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and statistical reporting (Intermediate to advanced user)
- Strong knowledge of ERP, inventory management systems, Preference for experience with Infor-Syteline
- Ability to work beyond forty (40) hours when needed.
