**iKrusher **is looking for a IT Specialist based in our Arcadia, CA location to support our IT processes on a daily basis. This role requires expertise in network administration, the ability to maintain Windows and Mac hardware, and provide support to end users. **This is a part-time role, with a daily schedule from 9am - 3pm.**

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network infrastructure, and IT policy
- End-user IT onboarding and offboarding
- Administer network infrastructure (Ubiquiti)
- Create and draft the IT department's SOPs
- Install and update computer components and software, MS365 configurations, and integrate automation processes
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, documenting problems and resolutions as well as assessing and reporting their impact to the relevant stakeholders
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Perform and delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
- Train, teach, and coach colleagues on this technology, helping to drive efficiency and a high degree of satisfaction for our internal users
- Evaluate current IT operations; make recommendations for improvement and upgrades to IT hardware and software to manage workload and operational requirements
- Collaborates with external partners as necessary to explain errors and/or recommend modifications to IT systems
- Keep up to date with the latest knowledge of technology innovations and trends
- Perform other duties that may be assigned

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Mandarin speaking is a plus
- Experience with MS 365 Dynamics and its overall functionality and systems integration is required
- Must be an expert of BC (Business Central) & CRM component of MS 365 Dynamics
- Experience in MS 365 Dynamics conversions is a plus
- Experience with MS Intune or similar mobile device management systems
- Must be able to troubleshoot all issues related to PCs, Macs, and iPhones
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software systems
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical employees
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn new technologies

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience, required.
- At least four years of related experience is required.
