Children’s Pastor

**The Children’s Pastor wins when **

- Parents are confident in the safety, spiritual growth, and acceptance their kids experience while in our care.

- Confident in recruiting, leading, and empowering healthy teams

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Oversees all aspects of programming and events for birth through 4th grade, including weekend classes, Midweek program, VBS, and special events.
- Selects, modifies, and implements curriculum for all children’s ministry environments.
- Recruits, trains, leads, and encourages a team of volunteers & support staff.
- Assimilates new children and families into the life of TerraNova (including communication, follow-up, and meet-ups).
- Helps equip parents to be the primary spiritual leaders of their children.
- Collaborates with the rest of the TerraNova staff team to carry out the mission and vision of the church.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
