Bartender for Craft Beer

_Server/Beertender _
We are looking for a reliable, friendly and energetic craft beer Beertender/Server for our Costa Mesa tasting room location that is also willing to work at our Fullerton location. They must have the ability to multitask and work behind the bar. This position requires in depth knowledge of craft beer styles and general knowledge of draught systems, changing kegs, cleaning lines, as well as knowledge of our own beers we brew. You’ll be the face of our brewery and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Server/beertender responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean, sanitized and tidy and serving beverages to our guests. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service and a great experience to our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation
- Able to communicate your knowledge of beer to customers and answer questions.
- Attend to customers upon entrance
- Ability to multitask and accomplish side work during shift
- Work well with other team members
- Be able to complete opening and closing procedures
- Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Issue bills and accept payment

**Skills**
- In depth knowledge and appreciation for Craft Beer.
- **Minimum level 1 Cicerone craft beer server certification**:

- **Current RBS California Alcohol training**:

- Proven industry experience
- Hands-on experience in cashier duties
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/serving/bartending experience
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Patience and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow all COVID safety and health protocols and procedures

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 per hour
