Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Read and interpret schematics to assemble electronic components
- Use power tools to fabricate and assemble parts
- Solder components onto circuit boards
- Perform occasional light tasks with power tools or machinery
- Assemble simple electrical cables
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in electrical assembly techniques
- Experience with soldering and fabrication, including thru-hole and basic surface mount (SMD)
- Knowledge of electrical wiring principles
- Familiarity with hand tools such as calipers
- Ability to read and understand schematics
- Strong attention to detail and precision in assembly tasks
- Basic skills using electronic test equipment such as digital multimeter (DMM) and oscilloscope
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience or enjoyment of digital and analog audio electronics
- Ability to understand, prototype and troubleshoot new design ideas
- Ability to inspect and repair assemblies
- Willing to travel to occasional trade events to learn about the industry and participate as part of our team

- High school or equivalent (preferred)
