LPC or LCSW licensure required. Bilingual preferred.

Services provided primarily in-person (at office) with some visits being conducted via telehealth.

Provide counseling services to persons with co-occurring disorders to include initial assessment/evaluation, individual/family/couples counseling, group counseling (e.g., domestic violence, anger management, family education), monthly progress reporting, and discharge reporting.

All service provision and documentation is completed through agency's EMR to include initial consent forms.

Excellent documentation and organizational skills are required.

Please note that monthly reporting is completed in office once a month with Business Manager and Director where both social distancing and masks are mandated during that time.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $1,600.00 - $6,400.00 per month
