Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, friendly, and professional Host/Hostess to join our team. The Host/Hostess will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, seating guests, and ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and provide them with a menu and a brief explanation of the dining experience
- Manage reservations and waitlists using the restaurant's reservation system
- Seat guests in a prompt and courteous manner, ensuring all guests are comfortable and attended to
- Monitor the dining room and seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of guests and to anticipate and resolve any issues
- Assist servers and bartenders in the dining room as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including tables, chairs, and floor
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Host/Hostess or similar position
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in restaurant management software
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
- High school diploma or equivalent
