**What you will do**:
1. Conduct individual counseling sessions with women to address a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem, and life transitions.
2. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
3. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to facilitate healing and growth.
4. Foster a therapeutic alliance built on trust, empathy, and respect, creating a safe and nonjudgmental environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
5. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal, ethical, and payor standards.
6. Stay informed about current developments and best practices in the field of women's mental health through ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
**Your Qualifications**:
1. Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
2. Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health counselor, marriage and family therapist, or clinical social worker in the state of Florida.
3. Previous experience providing counseling or therapy services to women.
4. Strong understanding of women's issues and a commitment to providing culturally sensitive and inclusive care.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
6. Demonstrated proficiency in conducting comprehensive assessments, formulating diagnoses, and developing treatment plans.
7. Uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and confidentiality in all aspects of job performance.
