As a Product Owner II within PNC's Retail Lending Digital organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh PA, Cleveland OH, Birmingham AL, Charlotte NC, Wilmington DE, Chicago IL, Tysons Corner VA, New York NY, East Brunswick NJ or Houston TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

**Job Duties**:
Ideate the front and backend capabilities to support retail lending digital experience.
Create and maintain roadmap to deliver transformation for customer and employee facing tools, products, and systems.
Align with business stakeholders on the product requirements, and get approval from legal, risk, and compliance on product ideas and approaches.
Work with technology and scrum teams to deliver features for product enhancements or customer journeys.
Collaborate with solution architects to build scalable products and platform.
Use quantitative data analytics and qualitative insights to help executives in the decision making process.

Comfort with unknowns and ability to navigate ambiguity to solve problems.
Work with a variety of teams and develop lasting working relationship of trust and shared success.
Customer focused and curiosity to understand the latest trends in the market.
Ability to present ideas to different audience and levels in the organization.

**Job Description**:
Owns the vision and the definition of the product. Serves as the voice of the customer. Provides guidance to concentrate the Scrum Team(s) effort on correct priorities based on business value.
Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to meet business objectives.
Accountable for the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog. Prioritizes and leads grooming of the product backlog.
Works in partnership with the Scrum Master(s) to ensure items are worked on in accordance with the product backlog. Serves as the primary point of contact for questions from the team(s).
Accepts delivery of working product from the Scrum Teams(s). Reviews and validates Scrum Team(s) working product. Socializes the delivery of business value and outcomes of the iteration to various stakeholders.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
