ADMIN/COORDINATOR — AUTISM SERVICES PROVIDER
This is a FULL-TIME SALARIED position at our office in Oakland.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage background checks for all incoming clinical staff
- Onboard BCBA supervisors, and confirm credentialing requirements
- Train new hires, create and prepare relevant training material
- Clearly explain policies and procedures to providers
- Uphold confidentiality with all client information and written communication
- Ensure references are checked following interviews
- Distribute and track assessments for client families
- Liaise with training sites to initiate and track training for providers
- Attend at company staff meetings and other related meetings.
- Coordinate with external mental health and medical providers for referrals
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Skills include:
- BA/BS Degree
- Registered Behavior Technician, experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), health care or education
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Word processing and spreadsheet skills, with experience in records organization and management
- Teambuilding and staff supervision skills
- Highly-focused and results-oriented in supporting complex, deadline-driven operations; able to identify goals and priorities and resolve issues in initial stages.
- Motivated, professional and friendly
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Work Remotely
- There's a possibility of some remote days, but there would need to be several days in the office as well.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
