**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes, specials, and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring any dietary preferences or restrictions are noted.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring high presentation standards are met.
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, seeking assistance from management when necessary.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guests' experience and contribute to the restaurant's revenue.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, using the POS system.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player who can also work independently when required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
