Job Summary: Manager Emergency Services
- **Salary Range**: $90k-$92k (minimum) up to $110k (20 years of experience)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager of Emergency Services in Florida to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. This role involves overseeing the daily operations and staffing of the emergency department, monitoring nursing care quality, and holding staff accountable for clinical outcomes aligned with facility objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Clinical Leadership**: Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes, ensuring adherence to standards of care.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Support efforts to reduce clinical practice variation and improve efficiency, effectiveness, and cost management. Foster a culture of accountability and transparency.
- **Patient Experience**: Lead initiatives to provide an unparalleled patient experience through consistent, positive interactions. Review feedback and develop strategies to improve patient satisfaction.
- **Employee Engagement**: Inspire commitment to the organization's vision, mission, and values. Implement evidence-based employee engagement practices, providing coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance.
- **Community Involvement**: Represent the organization positively within the community by participating in company-supported events and in-services.
- **Staff Management**: Manage staff scheduling to meet patient care needs and productivity guidelines. Oversee operating expenses and identify cost reduction opportunities.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Strong Emergency Department background with 3-5 years of recent RN experience and 2+ years of leadership (Charge Nurse, Supervisor) experience. Accepts Free Standing ED or Acute Care experience in the main ER.
- **Education**: BSN required.
- **Certifications**:

- NIH Stroke Scale (within 30 days of start date)
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (within 30 days of start date)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) (within 30 days of start date)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (within 6 months of start date)

**Compensation**:

- **Salary Range**: $90k-$92k (minimum) up to $110k (20 years of experience)
- **Sign-On Bonus**: Case by case, pending facility approval
- **Relocation**: Case by case basis

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
