Lvn Nurse

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. As an LVN, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and comfort of patients by administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with various medical procedures. **Duties**:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
- Assist with diagnostic evaluations and procedures
- Perform venipuncture for blood draws and IV therapy
- Provide wound care and dressings
- Assist with triage and assessment of patients in emergency situations
- Provide care for patients in various settings such as acute care, nursing homes, behavioral health facilities, and neonatal units
- Monitor and operate neonatal ventilators
- Catheterize patients when necessary
- Provide infant care, including feeding, diaper changes, and monitoring developmental milestones

**Requirements**:

- Valid LVN license in [state]

- Proficiency in venipuncture techniques
- Experience in emergency room (ER) settings preferred
- Knowledge of triage procedures and protocols
