**Night Auditor**

The Night Auditor is responsible for the daily oversight of the night operations at Homewood Suits Manchester location. This position reports to the Front office Manager. Schedule would be Sunday - Thursday 11pm - 7am. Additional shifts are welcomed

**Core Responsibilities**
- Ensure night shift is running smoothly at all times.
- Assist in the training and development of all night shift staff.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with the Night Operations Manager to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Ensure that all staff are complying with company standards and policies regarding sleep hours, work rules, and breaks.
- Assist in the training and development of all night shift staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Skills Required**:

- Experience in a fast-paced workplace as a night auditor or related role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to problem solve independently.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
