Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.

**Duties**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: inspecting equipment, troubleshooting issues, and repairing or replacing defective parts
- Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate records
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed using welding or other fabrication techniques
- Supervise and coordinate contractors when necessary for specialized repairs or installations
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment, ensuring adequate supply levels are maintained
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, such as painting, plumbing repairs, or carpentry work

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including the ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot issues with logic controllers
- Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate contractors when necessary
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor as required
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training is a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 50 per week
