About the team
The Global Privacy & Regulatory Affairs legal team manages and oversees privacy and regulatory matters and initiatives pertaining to TikTok's global operations. The team works cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders in the US and around the world. You will work in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment where your analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills will play an impactful role in tackling some of the most complex, interesting, and cutting-edge issues at the intersection of privacy and technology. We are seeking highly motivated professionals to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple complex privacy projects on a global scale, including privacy by design for new product/feature launches and new privacy regulation compliance, working collaboratively with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute effective project plans
- Grasp relevant privacy issues and concepts to establish an appropriate approach and framework for each project
- Develop standardized processes, scalable solutions, and information libraries, leveraging and optimizing technology and resources
- Develop and operate tools to manage and track projects, identify blockers, and coordinate solutions cross-functionally
- Organize and conduct meetings, create and present dashboards and reports
- Provide operational support for the team, including creating agendas, meeting summaries, and action items, and preparing presentations and training materials

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience managing complex projects on a global scale in a law firm or a large corporate setting
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, with interest and proven ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-functional environment
- Proficiency in project management tools; ability to learn new tools and use them to create automated processes;
**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Privacy experience preferred

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $84000 - $137778 annually.

**Our time off and leave plans are**: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
