The Goldton at Venice is hiring for a 30 hour per week Server/Bartender

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar are
- Upsell and promote drink specials or featured items
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of banquet or catering services is a plus
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely service to customers
