Foreperson

**Duties**:

- Serve as technical lead for the entire Branch and oversees the Building Management System, free-cooling efforts, and the introduction of variable air volume control.
- Ensure critical systems are properly maintained in accordance with (ICW) manufacturing standards and policy as approved by appropriate governing authority.
- Lead program design and scheduling for Emergency Systems maintenance, such as the fire pump, electric feeder transfers, etc.
- Resolve technical problems, prepare progress, cost, and other related reports and estimates.
- Review blueprints and confer with engineers to determine work to be accomplished.

These duties require: developing strategic plans to address heating and air conditioning, ventilation (HVAC), and electrical power distribution systems that support plant production operations.
