Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Conduct property tours for potential tenants
- Negotiate leasing terms and conditions
- Assist in the preparation of leasing agreements
- Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly
- Utilize property management software like OneSite for leasing activities
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs as needed
- Implement marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in property leasing or sales
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Familiarity with facilities management practices
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Proficiency in Property Management software like OneSite
