Routing Coordinator

**Title**: Routing Coordinator
**Location**: All Manufacturing Locations
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Role Overview**:
Route Coordinators are responsible for ensuring that all Orders that have entered into production are properly Routed to ensure that field teams can execute to Required Date. Proper Route Coordination involves maintaining Routes, while verifying against Lot Status Report (LSR) data and Builder Reschedules to ensure timely, efficient execution.
**Responsibilities**:
- Owning the movement and related capacity coordination for all Orders entered in the system once they are dropped into production
- Working with Production Team members to ensure that Xfer Routes are correct and permit Order execution in conjunction with Required Dates.
- Maintaining Routes Today + 4 (5 work days out) at all times.
- Reviewing Lot Status Report (LSR) guidance to determine if the Required Date matches the Builder Date and will result in -2/+5 days of Ready for Windows
- Daily, consistent communication with Schedule Coordinators, Production Team, Field Team, and team Route Coordinators to balance capacities and ensure customer priorities are met
- In-person attendance of the morning Zone Coordination Meeting to discuss Dry
- Runs, Roll-Overs, and Deviations and necessary Schedule and Route moves to adjust accordingly, keeping what did not get done yesterday as the priority of tomorrow
- All Deviation related in-person verification, Deviation Coordination, and Customer communication to completed Deviations within 72 hrs of occurrence
- Real-time communication with Starts Order Processing (SOP) team members to ensure that all Order Information is correct.
- Verification that all Order information is correct (Zone assignment, Builder Date, etc.), updating to correct as necessary
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Punctual and reliable; be at work on time every day
- Problem solving skills required, willingness to learn
- Microsoft Programs experience - Outlook, MS Teams, and MS Excel
