We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Terminal Manager to join our team and lead our terminal operations to new heights.

**Position Overview**: The Terminal Manager is a key leadership role at Dash, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our terminal. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and leadership skills to ensure smooth and efficient terminal operations. The Terminal Manager will be instrumental in optimizing processes, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities ** include the following. Other duties may be assigned as required.
- Oversight of all dispatch operations.
- Scheduling delivery orders and creating delivery routes.
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycles.
- Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, recording amounts through our proprietary software. Physical inventory counts and freight dock checks as requested.
- Strategically plan and manage the unloading of inbound line-haul trucks, placing inbound freight in a managed and designated areas.
- Filling out O,S & D reports, as well as, taking pictures of damaged freight, reporting damages to customers and electronically uploading inbound paperwork to customer accounts.
- Resolve arising problems and/or complaints.
- Supervise, coach and train all staff in their relative positions, cross-training as necessary.
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Comply with state laws, DOT regulations, TSA guidelines, ISO requirements and OSHA regulations with the goal of safety in all circumstances.

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Proven working experience as a Terminal Manager in a similar environment.
- Good communication, organizational, time-management, mathematical & leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- The ability to work independently, handling multiple projects at once.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead and manage staff.

**Physical Demands and Abilities**:
Regularly required to lift and/or move heavy objects. Some objects are much heavier and require the use of materials handling equipment.

Frequently required to stand, sit, walk, stoop and crouch.

Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of terminal operations including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and warehouse management.
- Implement and optimize transportation management systems to streamline processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions.
- Oversee profit and loss statements to ensure financial targets are met.
- Coordinate with various teams to support e-commerce logistics and MRP systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in terminal or logistics management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and practices.
- Proficiency in transportation management systems.
- Knowledge of inventory control practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with profit and loss analysis.
- Experience in e-commerce logistics is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
