Lexus Shuttle Driver

Seeking a customer service focused individual, who is an energetic and friendly people person to join our team as a Shuttle Driver.

You will enhance the customers' positive service experience by driving them to or picking them up from their homes or offices while service is being performed on their vehicles.

This is an entry-level position with lots of opportunity to grow

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Transporting guests to and from the Lexus of Watertown dealership.
- Promptly greeting our guests, providing a calming positive atmosphere.
- Perform a needs assessment of the customer and recommend products and services or pass along consumer leads to service department depending on level of expertise.
- Answer all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive representation of Lexus of Watertown and the Lexus brand at all times.
- Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises

**Requirements**:

- Friendly and customer service focused.
- Must be personable and comfortable interacting with our guests daily.
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- **Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.**
