**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on drilling equipment
- Must be able to work comfortably outside, year round
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to OSHA regulations while operating drilling equipment
- Monitor drilling operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate drilling activities
- Maintain accurate records of drilling operations and equipment maintenance
- Assist in the construction of domestic and commercial water wells

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in the well drilling industry preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with operating Caterpillar or similar heavy equipment
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and water trucks
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
- Understanding of OSHA regulations related to drilling operations
- Ability to operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
