**SUMMARY**:Responsible for maintaining efficient and concise procedures for the Human Resources front desk operations. Greets and assists visitors (applicants and employees) in a positive and professional manner; Identifies visitor needs and answers questions; Directs questions to other HR staff as needed; Gives directions in a clear and helpful manner; Assists visitors in identifying/obtaining forms and information; Ensures all visitor’s questions are answered, or makes sure that they know status and when follow up will occur.


**HOURS**:Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, In-Person (Non-Remote)

Qualifications:
**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**: High school diploma or general education degree required. Minimum one (1) year of office administration with Human Resource experience required.

**CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS**: None.
