**Overview**:

- Coordinate and schedule trade/subcontractors, material/equipment deliveries, and project progress
- Ensure compliance with contract documents, scope of work, project schedules, and specifications
- Maximize production, eliminate disruptions, and avoid downtime
- Comprehend all scopes of work and aid in dispute resolution
- Implement and enforce safety and quality control policies and procedures

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
- 2+ years of experience working with local government construction projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to comprehend complex scopes of work and resolve disputes
- Knowledge of safety and quality control policies and procedures
- Ability to maximize production and avoid disruptions
- Familiarity with project schedules and documentation
- Commitment to client satisfaction and project quality
