**Position Overview**:
If you geek out over data while having a passion for great user-experience, this is the role for you to stretch your creative and analytical skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility, drive traffic, and improve keyword rankings for relevant terms in our markets of operation.
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant topics and opportunities for content optimization and expansion. Work with internal and external resources to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and audience intent.
- Optimize website structure, metadata, and on-page elements for improved search engine indexing and ranking. Work closely with the engineering team to implement technical SEO best practices, page-speed and website optimizations.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, and other SEO tools, and provide regular reports on key metrics and KPIs.
- Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates across key touchpoints in the lead funnel.
- Identify areas of improvement in website design, user flow, and conversion funnels through data analysis and user behavior insights.
- Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies related to SEO and CRO, and recommend strategies to adapt to changes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in SEO strategy development and execution, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Demonstrated expertise in website optimization techniques, including on-page SEO, technical SEO, and site speed optimization.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, aHrefs, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in conversion rate optimization principles, A/B testing methodologies, and UX/UI best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations to drive performance improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Certifications in SEO and CRO (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) are desirable.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
