We are looking for an organized and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to help oversee the running of our restaurant. To be successful as an AM you should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

In addition to earning a salary, there is potential for quarterly bonuses. The AM position requires approximately 50hrs wk +/-.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 4 years of management experience in a full service restaurant
- Working knowledge of all aspects of front and back of the house operations
- Must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire others
- Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health & safety legislation/guidelines
- Maintain the highest standards of quality in food as well as service
- Recruit, develop, and supervise staff
- Forecast business trends for company operations
- Review P&L regularly with Regional Operations Manager to ensure that key financial targets (food cost, labor, etc.) are being met
- Monitor repairs and maintenance issues
- Monitor morale of the staff and check in with all employees on a regular basis
- Ensure that food quality and guest experience meet brand standards at all times
- Ensure compliance with all company standards, and brand standards
