We are looking for an experienced **Preditor (Producer/Editor)** with a passion for creating compelling video content, who will play a pivotal role in guiding the growth of the organization. The Preditor will be responsible for producing and editing high quality quick turnaround short form content. This position requires creativity and a developed sense of responsibility and organization. As a Preditor, you will be responsible for producing and editing high-quality video content that meets our clients' needs. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in both production and post-production and contribute to the success of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to execute concepts including branded client projects, trailers, social shorts, brand/image content, long form and short form sizzles, original series, BTS, etc.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos, ensuring a high level of quality and creativity.
- Add graphics, effects, and sound to enhance the overall production value.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in video production.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro
Strong understanding of storytelling techniques and visual aesthetics
- Experience with camera operation and lighting setups.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively

**Qualifications**:

- At least four (4) years of editing experience or a relevant role, with exposure to a large market or network-level television
- Skilled in non-linear editing systems
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment, capable of swift editing turnarounds
- Demonstrated expertise in production workflows, storytelling, and ability to adhere to specific thematic or stylistic guidelines.
- Creative in generating story ideas and executing tasks within strict deadlines.
- Adobe Premiere and Adobe Suite. Red Giant. Resolve. After Affects.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or related experience in an art or design-related field
- 3-5 years of experience producing and editing exceptional spots & trailers for television, preferably premium scripted television with a network, streamer or creative agency
