**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians to service calls and installations.
- Coordinate with customers to provide accurate ETAs and updates.
- Manage and prioritize incoming service requests based on urgency and technician availability.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with technicians, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources.
- Monitor job progress and provide support to technicians as needed.
- Handle emergency service calls and manage on-call rotation responsibilities.
- Utilize dispatching software and systems to track jobs and technician locations.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to dispatching and service management.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a dispatching role, preferably in the plumbing industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using dispatching software and systems.
- Service Titan experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
- Comfortable with an on-call rotation and able to manage emergency service requests.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in dispatching is a plus.
