***Responsibilities**:

- Schedule appointments & welcome the client when they arrive
- Determine the nature of the client’s visit & escort the client to the appropriate department/area
- Provide information to personnel regarding client needs and expectations ensuring the team is prepared to provide the highest level of service
- Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary
- Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas

**Qualifications**:

- Communication skills - communicate effectively with others
- Time Management - ability to manage one’s own time

The expected pay range for this position is $15.50 to $16.00 (Hourly).

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
