**Sodexo Campus Services **is seeking a skilled and career-oriented **Chef Manager **to support our campus dining locations at the prestigious campus of **Lynn University** located in South Florida in the beautiful city of **Boca Raton**.

**Lynn University** is an American private university in beautiful Boca Raton, Florida. Founded in 1962, its students come from all over the USA and approximately 80 other nations: 24% of students have citizenship in countries outside the United States. This accredited University is nationally ranked for its innovative Dining program and multiple retail accounts: Christine’s Bistro and the Perper Coffee House. While also boasting a catering team focused on high-end deliverance and multi-tiered experiences.

**Relocation Assistance is Available**
- manage the daily food production including production planning and controls;
- ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality;
- manage food costing, controls and compliance;
- develop menus and manage inventory;
- have high expectations for customer service and quality of food;
- have the ability and willingness to develop and train frontline employees;
- have a passion for food and innovation;
- have knowledge of special diets and allergens.
- a strong culinary background, with the demonstrated ability to stay current with new culinary trends;
- excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implements company policies;
- previous experience working in a high-volume facility; and/or
- strong coaching and employee development skills.
