**Quality Control Manager, Audiovisual Equipment**:

**What you will do.**
- Maintain Rentex equipment quality standards as established by Product Managers
- Determine training needs and professional growth plans for QC staff
- Configure personnel schedules to meet shifting business demands
- Remain current on the latest tools and test equipment needed to meet QC demands
- Facilitate and take client tech support phone calls
- Evaluate damaged equipment including repair part requirements
- Assist in conducting employee reviews, disciplinary action, applicant interviews and new employee onboarding
- Assists in the development of new policies and procedures to increase workplace efficiency
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines
- Maintains a safe, organized, and clean work environment to ensure safety

**About you.**
- Have combination of education, experience, and training equivalent to graduation from high school or a GED
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and manage time in time sensitive situations
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Ability to work some weekends, after-hours, and on call as needed
- Possesses 3-5 years’ professional experience in AV, rental or event production
- Strong technical knowledge of a wide range of A/V gear with troubleshooting experience
- Basic networking, GhostCast, SharePoint, PC and Mac OS skills a plus
- Demonstrated leadership/management experience
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent time management and macro view of workflow
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and manage time in time sensitive situations
- Project Management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Teams a plus)
- Prefer some experience working with projection systems
- Prefer an understanding of wireless audio systems and basic network topology
