**Organizational Relationships**:
Reports to Field Manager. Leads a team of painters, including job leads, experienced painters, painters, and apprentices, in all activities related to the accomplishment of assigned projects. Communication proficiency in both English and Spanish is **_ESSENTIAL_**_ _to manage and interact with a diverse team effectively.

**Basic Function**:
Through personal example and empathetic leadership, all team members are led to achieve project-based and personal objectives. Oversees all projects assigned to the team and ensures effective bilingual communication to maintain clear and efficient operational standards. Completes all leadership and work responsibilities in a professional and workmanlike manner within the scope of the project—leading the team to work focused on all given projects.

**Experienced Painter**

Has the Ability to perform all standard Experienced Painter painting functions.

**Specialized Knowledge & Experience**:
The Bilingual Foreman plays a pivotal role in ensuring job-site safety and possesses comprehensive knowledge of trade-related products. Proficient in documenting daily activities and managing communications in both English and Spanish, the Foreman efficiently manages painters across all experience levels, overseeing every aspect of job completion. Effective bilingual communication with the Field Supervisor is paramount, encompassing potential obstacles, employee concerns, achievements, and project progress, including estimations of completion time. The Foreman will continually enhance their leadership skills, focusing on employee training, retention, motivation, and coaching. An eagerness to develop these skills and explore innovative ways to connect with team members is essential. Ongoing training provided by Two Dudes supports this growth. Additionally, Foremen are adept at financial leadership, understanding the intricacies of project revenue and costs. They recognize the relationship between material, labor, and equipment costs to achieve company financial goals.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Bilingual Leader**:

- Demonstrates Two Dude’s Values consistently in both English and Spanish and ensures all team members follow suit. Leads by example, inspiring team members to achieve project and Learning Pathway-related goals. Fluent communication in both English and Spanish is essential to effectively lead and manage the team.

**Safety Leader**:

- Acts as the safety, project, and people leader on all assigned projects. Ensures compliance with all company standards and policies by team members on projects, with the ability to communicate safety protocols clearly in both English and Spanish.

**Trainer and People Manager**:

- Provides direct feedback on performance to team members and superiors for reviews and Learning Pathways growth in both languages. Assists with on-the-job training for team members as needed, facilitating a bilingual training environment.

**Project Manager**:

- Acts as the primary customer contact on-site, updating customers on daily progress in their preferred language, and completing end-of-job Customer Walkthroughs. Maintains quality standards for all projects through regular site stopouts.

**Painter**:

- Works closely with the management and administrative team, serving as the Job Leader.
- Communicates with customers and ensures Customer Walkthrough on all assigned projects.
- Carries out project management duties for specific projects, adhering to quality standards and goals.
- Participates in quality control sweeps and end-of-project quality control checks.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record as an experienced painter with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and train team members in both English and Spanish.
- In-depth knowledge of various painting techniques, materials, and finishes.
- Excellent bilingual communication skills for client interactions and addressing team concerns.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in executing advanced painting tasks.
- Comprehensive understanding and strict adherence to safety practices in the painting industry.
- Must have a valid driver's license

**Standard Working Conditions**
