As a Customer Service Representative, you will work as part of a supportive team to be the face of U-Haul’s exceptional service, ensuring customers get all the help they need on their journeys.

**Responsibilities**:
**With training -**
- Assist customers inside and outside U-Haul Center with U-Haul products & services.
- Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
- Clean and inspect truck equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
- Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
- Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Qualifications Must have**:

- Must Have a Valid driver’s license.
- **Must be Bilingual Spanish/English
- Interview will be in Spanish.**:

- Available Part Time 15-25 hours per week.
- Must be available, Weekends and Holidays
- **Able to be flexible with inside and outside duties.**:

- Computer knowledge.
- Customer Serivce on sales is a plus
- Handle cash, or credit, transactions with customers is a plus.

Our Store hours are from 7AM-9PM Monday to Sunday - Your Schedule may vary.
