_Best Sealed_ is seeking Production Workers for immediate hire. This role consists of sheet metal fabrication processes on a production line. Knowledge of metal forming, cutting equipment is preferred but not mandatory. Starting pay depends on level of experience and ability to adapt and learn. After 60 Days we will meet to evaluate your performance. Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities Include:

- Assemble sheet metal goods in a production line.
- Monitor quantities during the production process.
- Perform work safely and efficiently.
- Achieve daily production goals.
- Must be punctual and report to work on time.
- Maintain quality and efficiency during all fabrication processes.
- Stage components and raw materials in an orderly fashion.
- Practice good housekeeping in work areas.

Skills Required:

- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Be able to work/adapt to a demanding and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Capable of lifting 50+ pounds unassisted, bend, twist and stand for long periods.
- Be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Must have a reliable mode of transportation.
