**Summary**:
One of our exclusive healthcare partners is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) for their facility in Putnam County New York to start ASAP.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the nursing department to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that comply with state and federal regulations, including Medicare guidelines
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and other safety measures
- Manage the department budget and allocate resources effectively

**Requirements**:

- New York State nursing license
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Pay: $115,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
