**Position Summary**

You will lead the charge as a point of contact for partners and peers within TA. This includes but not limited to:

- Conducts lifecycle recruiting on niche/strategic positions
- Leading all report-building and distribution, as requested by TA Leadership, HRBP’s, and business leaders. This is done through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Excel, and/or PowerPoint.
- Lead/attend regular calls with business leaders and/or HRBP’s.
- May play a role to help on-board new team members.
- The contributions you make as the Senior TA Partner for Enterprise Search will directly impact the success of the overall TA team and supply to the efforts of making Talent Acquisition one Enterprise.

**Required Qualifications**
- 5 + years of fast paced full lifecycle technical recruiting with proven experience delivering strategic and consultative recruiting solutions at an accelerated pace while building positive collaboration with the business, partners, in a matrixed environment.
- 3+ years of lead generation/sourcing, including the use of diverse strategies, technologies and tools.
- 2+ years of proven project management and reporting experience.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Project management experience working across enterprise hiring initiatives.
- Providing market intel from working in multiple industries.
- Outstanding organizational skills, specifically to ensure timely and proactive follow up on projects.
- Innovative spirit with a desire to define and execute talent strategies.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant work experience)

**Pay Range**

The typical pay range for this role is:
$63,300.00 - $139,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
