ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the design team with the technical design process from concept to production.
- Learn to develop technical specifications and product drawings under guidance.
- Contribute to managing project timelines and ensure quality standards are met.
- Partner with the design and development teams to learn how to communicate with vendors.
- Help build and update technical packages with existing documentation.
- Identify potential issues in construction/manufacturing and learn how to address them.
- Support calendar management and assist cross-functional teams in achieving milestones.
- Develop and maintain accurate technical specifications and detailed product drawings.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ability to interpret design intent.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Strong interest in the golf industry (a plus).
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (or similar design software) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in PLM system(s) is a plus.
- Knowledge of pattern alterations.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in design, fashion, graphic design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in a design-related role (or internship).
