At Mulberry Gardens, our assisted living community offers supportive living environments as well as specialized care for those with early memory loss. Our goal is to provide all residents with the very best quality of life - we offer assisted living and adult day care programs so residents can live their lives to the fullest.
The Nurse Manager provides leadership, direction and administration of nursing operations to assure that appropriate clinical services are provided to residents of Mulberry Gardens. Will lead a great team of CNAs, LPNs and RNs (approximately 50 total) in support of care excellence for the Residents at Mulberry Gardens.
**Qualifications**
- Current CT RN License, BSN preferred
- Three or more years of leadership experience/
- Ability to interact well with staff, residents and their family members.
- One or more years in a home health care agency, community health program which included care of the sick at home or assisted living community.
- Successful track record of managing and developing people and programs
- Strong verbal and written communications skills required
