**PURPOSE STATEMENT**:
The QA Inspector (Bread Tech) is responsible for monitoring metal detectors and accurately measuring products for X and Y dimensions.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES**:

- Perform accurate case inspection for: count, quality, label accuracy
- Visually approve customer product: Pallet inspection, Pallet layout, Case count per pallet, Pallet Label check.
- Maintain Line Productivity Board.
- SQECP Board Line Briefings.
- Enter inspection results into a database.
- Work together with Line Supervisors/ Team Leader
- Trains production personnel regarding Quality Control and Critical Control Point equipment (metal detectors).
- Report any equipment that is not working properly
- Monitor quality and GMPs on the floor
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality. Follow established work schedule.
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude; cooperate with co-workers, management, internal and external customers, as applicable.
- Report any incidents to Supervisor, Manager or Human Resources Manager.
- Work safely at all times and report any unsafe conditions or injuries to your Supervisor or Manager immediately.
- Other duties, as assigned by management. These duties may include to give breaks and/or relieve any packer from their position.

**KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum 1 year in food industry, bakery preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 2- to 3-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in performance of the Line Worker (Level 1 & 2) position tasks;
- Must be willing to work weekends and overtime as required
- Computer skills - ability to learn specific software programs to access paperwork, program equipment for running specific products, produce labels
- Ability to read, write, speak English preferred
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. These include:

- Constant Standing on hard concrete surface
- Frequent Walking, Bending, Stooping, Squatting, Pushing, Pulling, Twisting
- Occasional Lifting and Ladder climbing
- Periodic lifting of up to 50 lbs

**COMPENSATION**

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

**Hourly Rate**

$20.30 - $20.30 plus shift differential as applicable
