- Maintain a professional and tidy appearance of the reception area and clinic.
- Promote current promotions and upsell additional products to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with the massage therapy team to ensure seamless customer service.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional customer service skills both internally and externally.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and write effectively.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
