Prestige Home Care Agency is a skilled and unskilled agency that is seeking a motivated and goal oriented individual to join our human resources team as a Recruiter.

This is a full time position (Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm) located in our Northeast Philadelphia office.

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for seeking out, recruiting and onboarding talented staff to work throughout our servicing departments and office.

**We are looking for someone who has/is**:

- A self-motivated team player with a willingness to learn
- Proficient working with electronic databases, good computer skills scheduling systems, and able to, with training, work other industry
- related software(s)
- Possesses communication skills and professionalism at all times - positive and professional image
- Able to multitask, work effectively and problem solve
- Able to plan, organize, prioritize, and accurately complete work tasks within deadlines while managing interruptions
- Strong organization skills
- Goal oriented

**Responsibilities**:

- Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
- Develop and release job postings on a recruitment platforms, such as social media and job boards, as well as work within the community in identifying hiring and recruiting opportunities
- Follow up on interview and onboarding process status and update records in internal database
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and referral sources
- Perform other functions as deemed appropriate
