**About Us**:Warren County Head Start and Early Head Start are federally funded programs for pregnant women, children ages birth through 5 years old and their families. Our goal is to provide high-quality education and support, as early as pregnancy through the Preschool years to children, families and our community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal administrative support to management and the company
- Organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information
- Working with Microsoft Office Applications and Social Media

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a High School Diploma is required
- Strong computer skills (Apple and PC), including proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Social Media
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work well alone or with a team, for a high-level output
- Must be comfortable taking direction from entire staff
- Must be able to prioritize
- Self-motivated
- Reliable and credible
- Valid Driver's License and comfortable driving between sites

This position is full time including summer months. Benefits also include 3 weeks paid vacation time, paid time off for holidays, & paid snow days.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
