Idd Supervisor

America's Home Health Services is seeking an experienced Home Care Supervisor in the field of working with individuals that are part of the ODP waiver program in Pennsylvania. We are looking to grow the number of ODP participants we serve in Pennsylvania.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement ODP policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Oversee and manage compliance programs, including program development, monitoring, and reporting
- Attend participant ISP Meetings to engage in the development of patient outcomes.
- Oversee/Manage/train the day to day operations of all ODP services
- Assist in training employees in proper documentation according to outcomes in the ISP and ODP regulations
- Review daily service notes and provide re-training to employees as needed
- Assist in review, completion and re-training of Progress Notes
- Complete all applicable certified investigations (training to be provided, as needed)
- Complete certified investigation peer reviews
- Complete all applicable administrative reviews for certified investigators.
- Assist in the completion of administrative duties, as needed
- Assist in completion of Quality Assurance Improvement and any Corrective Action Plans if needed.
- Assist in gathering data for Annual Provider Qualification
- Attend Quality Council Meetings & actively participate in the provider network
- Ensure employees are complying with proper documentation of services provided
- Manage, and work with Team to ensure revenue growth for ODP services provided
- Meet, and implement yearly Division Budgets
- Ensure accurate and timely completion and submission of monthly progress notes.
- Oversee the Quality Improvement committee
- Ensure compliance with Office of Developmental Programs Policies, bulletins, etc..

**Requirements**:

- Extensive knowledge of the ODP program in the home care space
- Must possess positive, enthusiastic attitude, good people skills, and professional appearance
- Strong computer skills and ability to work in multiple portals
- Excellent organizational skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
