Responsibilities:

- Receive, inspect for damage, and verify information from purchase orders for all items shipped to the warehouse
- Process items for distribution to the appropriate buildings/department location.
- Process warehouse requisition orders, fill and schedule to deliver to the appropriate buildings/department location.
- Assist in the yearly inventory process and take periodic physical inventory counts to verify quantities on hand.
- Pick up and deliver all inter-district mail and bank deposits to all buildings on a daily basis.
- Pick up and deliver other material and equipment from in-district and external locations as needed/scheduled.
- Maintain the warehouse in an orderly manner.
- Keep the courier van in clean and mechanical order. Report maintenance needs.
- Keep current with best practices and requirements as they relate to your job assignment.
- Perform such other job-related duties and assume other professional responsibilities as your supervisor may from time-to-time delegate.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of general clerical, data entry methods and procedures and detailed record keeping
- Excellent organizational skills
- Physically able to lift object weighing up to fifty (50) lbs with or without accommodation
- Possess a valid Driver's License
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated
- Ability to communicate effectively

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
